The routine

How the process works

  1. Reserve

    Call (415) 449-7982 or tap the reservation button. Give us the address, the dates, and an approximate headcount.

  2. We drop off and position it

    Our driver places the unit on flat ground at your chosen spot, with the door oriented however you prefer.

  3. Ongoing maintenance, then removal

    We pump, sanitize, and resupply every week, and take the unit away once you let us know the job is finished.

A note from the owner

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust with my own property. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
